Jac's - Feedback

What Imani Nicolas doesn't like about Jac's:
It's a dive bar. A super-local, tiny Nebraska town dive bar. Not a lot of people come here who aren't from Dakota City or neighboring towns. It's nice enough. Clean bathrooms. A nice little outside area with some games and a smoking spot. Inside is small, but the bar is the length of the room. A few tv's. No draft beer.
