Expensive and bad: we were 7 people with different roast slices, all were snatched (burned and raw) and the tomato of the salad was not fresh. I'll take the child, take the portion and eventually bring the same portion in worse condition. I couldn't believe it, I told her to take her to the cook and she got offended. We asked for the account, that compared to other grills and the menu quality was excessive, I appreciate that we didn't order or dessert, or coffee and finish (I wasn't finished taking my soda) when the wet asked us to retire because I needed the table. I feel that my friend would spend it on her birthday, it was a bad choice.
We waited 2 hours (in theory it came in 40 min. the direction was forgotten, and to top it when we called for the fifth time they told us that the delivery had to return because the food was cold...In short a disaster.

We just had an hour-and-a-half wait, the phone caller found out that it had happened, and it turns out they handed our order to another person. They resolve it by sending the order as soon as possible, which seems to me very appropriate (and I don't say it with sarcasm). But there is no bread that is always heard of, and I also believe that no kind of retribution or courtesy. I'm not asking for something that I think illogical, nor bother paying the price for something that at first I'm willing to pay, but if the mistake is yours, I think they should do something to rescute so mistakes. it can happen and understand but they should try to keep customers better. Thank you, and I expect an answer! Very rich everything and I appreciate it taking a lot less, but the only thing we specified was that we wanted Creole sauce and nothing came. I don't call again because I don't even want to complain, but I repeat, the customer recovery leaves much to be desired.
