The food is fantastic, the staff friendly and efficient. My favourite restaurant in the entire Gandia area. Whenever I have family or guest staying I take them here. Highly recommended.

The restaurant itself was clean and tidy. The food oh dear! The tiny starters teeny jar of luke warm frothy soup, small focaccia to share), courgette salad, A razor clam full of sand), an aubergine sandwich and fried fish. The mains, two of us wanted rice we were refused, the manager said the whole table had to order it which would have been fine, except we know from friends who have visited) they will do this, so he obviously didn’t feel like it! So we had a choice of pork or tuna it was only when the bill arrived did it become clear there was a surcharge for the tuna. Putting a tiny main course on a large plate is a big mistake! Dessert ‘three milks’ sweet and soggy just yuk! The service along with the food, disappointing. In a place attached to a Michelin starred restaurant you expect, at the very least, good service. Staff were uninterested, in a hurry despite empty tables) and their table etiquette was disgraceful. They should be sent back to training and taught rule number one do not lean across diners who are eating to clear the table. 5 diners, bill of €170 and a decision never to return.

Every time plates/glasses were removed, the waiting staff would reach across members of our party. This happened while we were still eating and led to a glass of red wine being spilt on my friend’s trousers (by a waiter). Apologies were given but no replacement wine/food... no discount on the meal. The food was good but heavily over priced. We came here on recommendation from a friend and sadly won’t be back. Just not good enough.
