The wait time is excessively long, and it hardly moves at all. You’d think they were negotiating world peace! It's gotten so frustrating that I’m not sure I want to go there anymore. It’s really disappointing, as it was such a fantastic find three years ago. Here’s my previous review: I recently discovered Checkers, and honestly, we’ve been loving our guilty pleasures. However, about six years ago, I started to notice that the food became a bit saltier than usual. I usually wouldn’t mind, but today’s meal was excessively salty. What happened to the food? My drink was warm, and I waited 15 minutes just to get to the speaker to place my order. Once I ordered, I had to wait even longer for a van ahead of me to receive their food. I would have left, but there were cars behind me. On the bright side, the staff has always been quite friendly. CHECKERS... PLEASE REDUCE THE SALT!

Oh, they're... read more If I'm spending nearly $10 for a basic spicy chicken meal, why do I have to pay extra for BBQ sauce? How much do you charge for ketchup and mustard? Oh, they're free? So I have to pay more just because I prefer a different option. This seems really greedy.
