Moe's Southwest Grill - Dacula

Dirty hands alert this place does not care about cleanliness at all they do not wash their hands before preparing your food and between money transactions I came to this place earlier, but only because of multiple injuries to the health code to leave. Currently certified by the state of Georgia with a food manager license I can assure you that this place is not up to code. It is shocking to know that an adult woman working in a grocery store does not know that she is needed to wash your hands before making food. Shame for you... shame on management at this Dirty Dirty Square. Bad customer service clearly, this lady not only knows how to wash her evil hands, but does not know how to greet the customer when they go through the door that is mandatory by this company. I wish I could give this ZERO stars?. I just went in with my husband? first off the food was just bland? and he FELL by the soda machine. He is fine besides hurting his knees and hand knuckles but? ? After having to tell them TWICE that he fell and that there was soda all over the floor?. there was NO compassion or care from the staff.. All the girl had to say was? ? well we can?t do anything about that, the machine is leaking?.. WHAT!!!? So customers can fall and hurt themselves and all you have to say is you can?t do anything about a Leaking machine in YOUR establishment!!! Shameful!!! I I don?t know who?s training these people but they need to step it up? ugh?

The staff at this location is consistent, works hard, and is very pleasant. The food is always fresh. I appreciate how hard they work and their reliability in preparing fresh food. Thank you.

My review is based on the restaurant and staff. This location is falling apart. The doors are so hard to open, the ceiling is always leaking. Half the time there?s a trail of water leaking on floor and they just rope it off. You?re literally walking around it. The whole location needs a fresh coat of paint and maybe the crumbling floor needs to be replaced. The ladies working there are a whole experience. They give weird looks, they?re unfriendly and half the time they aren?t even speaking English at all. The majority of the time it?s just attitude, but I try to be polite to them. I frequent often and each time wish I could go somewhere else.

This Moe 's is located in Hamilton Creek, Dacula. This is the closest Moe 's to me after the one in Buford, so I decided to come here for lunch. Since I had a promo code in my phone I decided to order online and avoid the line inside. Once I got there, there were two hispanic ladies behind the food bar, and I asked one of them if my online order was ready and she did not realize there was one at all. She said they were working on it but really they were about to start my order. Isn 't this the point of ordering ahead?Avoiding all this? Smh. Anyways, once I got my food we decided to eat there before, and apparently they didn 't like this idea... they kept looking at us and talking to themselves. My mom and me felt very uncomfortable the entire time. Not to mention they were very loud, and disrespectful. Once we finished eating I couldn 't find a trash can bc the one outside was full till the top and I couldn 't squeeze anything else inside it. I asked one of them, and instead of taking it, she told me I needed to open the trash can myself and put it inside. Really? I did because I didn 't want to leave all my trash there but honestly I shouldn 't have. This is your job, not mine. I 'm never coming back to this location, and it sucks because we love Moe 's and this is the closest one to us, but I rather go somewhere else from now on. Una vez que llegué allí, había dos mujeres hispanas detrás de la barra de comida, y le pregunté a una de ellas si mi pedido en línea estaba listo y ella no se dio cuenta de que había una. Ella dijo que estaban trabajando en ello , pero realmente estaban a punto de comenzar mi pedido. ¿No es este el punto de ordenar por adelantado? ¿Evitar todo esto? Smh De todos modos, una vez que obtuve mi comida, decidimos comer allí antes, y aparentemente no les gustó esta idea ... seguían mirándonos y hablando consigo mismos. Mi madre y yo nos sentimos muy incómodas todo el tiempo. Sin mencionar que eran muy ruidosos e irrespetuosos. Una vez que terminamos de comer, no pude encontrar un bote de basura porque el que estaba afuera estaba lleno y no pude apretar nada más dentro. Le pregunté a uno de ellas, y en lugar de tomarlo, ella me dijo que necesitaba abrir el bote de basura y ponerlo dentro. De Verdad? Lo hice porque no quería dejar toda mi basura allí, pero honestamente no debería haberlo hecho. Este es tu trabajo, no el mío. Nunca volveré a este lugar, y apesta porque amamos a Moe 's y este es el más cercano a nosotros, pero prefiero ir a otro lugar de ahora en adelante.
