We had our daughter 7. Birthday here and cannot recommend this place enough! It was such a pleasure to work with the owner! Customer service was from this world! She took care of tablecloths, birthday banners, napkins, ordered and delivered our pizzas and offered a beverage option on the amazing froyo options! What User doesn't like about Menchie's Frozen Yogurt:
Terrible service. All donors ran low and didn't leave much yogurt. When the workers were asked for a pattern cup, they seemed to be pulled out. When the donors didn't work, they told me I had to push them harder. Only 2 flavors were really working. We'll never be back. Too expensive to get jot what we want. View all feedback.
I ordered a cake (a bit late in my part) but the person on the phone was nice and later the manager contacted me about time frame/options. They did a great job on the cake, and were so helpful in getting it right. I can?t post a photo because we haven?t given it to the birthday recipient yet, lol. Will definitely order again- thanks HM Menchie?s!!!
Absolutely the best customer service! We ordered several frozen yogurt cakes from this location and they are alway made well with fresh ingredients and in a very timely manner. I take my kids 2-3 times a week for a treat and we are always met with smiles. The staff is kind and gracious and the machines are always clean.
This place was so rough and dirty! We just moved here and couldn't wait to try when we went to the girl, was on her phone and went back. We always tried to get them out so we could pay and landed on waiting and all yogurt machines were literally smashed with yogurt and nothing was clean. What a TERRIBLE experience for expensive yogurt. Take your business somewhere else.
I purchased a frozen yogurt cake for my husband for Father's Day and it was so delicious! The service was great too! I'll be back to get another cake for the next special occasion!
It is so great to have a quality, clean, family-friendly frozen yogurt place like this so close to our house. We absolutely love it here, and there is such a commitment to quality from the owners. There is also a really cool party room perfect to birthdays. We look-forward to returning soon.
