Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Dacula

The food isn't good. Ordered a hamburger and the meat was room temperature. One of my toppings was left off the burger so I went back to the register to ask if they could remake it and they just added it to the already cold hamburger. The meat is not good. I'm not sure if the recipe was changed or seasonings but it's not the dairy Queen quality I am use to.Truly disappointed in the service considering this is the closest location to our house.

I ordered items through the mobile app, which Dairy Queen encourages! When I get to the window, I was informed that they were out of the item and that there was no way to refund me. How convenient! The issue is not being out of an item, but you can’t refund??? How was that OK? So then I called to the store and spoke to the manager and he doesn’t seem to have an issue with it! His answer to me (in a very smart and rude way) was to call corporate and then he proceeded to hang up on me!So because your system failed… You get an attitude? And you feel like it’s OK to hang up on a customer? And you still owe me the price of the item that I didn’t receive?Will never ever purchase from this location again!

My only recommendation for this location is chocolate soft serve, otherwise it's clean and staff is amazing.
