Mcdonald's - Dacorum

Think this branch needs a service on the mcflurry machine coz what they just gave me was no mcflurry... Not impressed!!

The food is normally good but it has to be the most inefficient drive through in the country

Good for a quick bite. Parking rubbish and drive thru tight. An old building so making do with what they have. A very busy carpark in general so be mindful. Food good. No receipts in the machine so keep an eye on your number so you don't miss the food. Very busy at lunch time. Watched a wrap being made. Person opened top drawer to take chicken out carefully with tongs. After placing the chicken in the wrap using the tongs, they proceeded to move the contents of the wrap with their bare hands before proceeding to roll up the wrap. Why use tongs?? Assume their hands were clean

I received the wrong order from the driver, so i went with the driver at the McDonald's Apsley and they didn't won't to replace my order even if it was their fault as they gave the wrong order to the driver and my order to another driver. Kim is the worse manager i have ever seen in my life. She didn't want to replace my order and also she was really rude to me. I will never buy again from that McDonald's especially because of the management rudeless.

This mc donalds always gets orders right and never have to wait long.
