I must say, we were impressed with the much improved quality and the fact that our order was exactly as we requested. We will definitely be returning as we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

I called Flaming House... read more I ordered 2 donor kebabs and a chicken nugget meal for my son. The delivery driver arrived with 1 kebab and 2 portions of chips instead. I called Flaming House to rectify the situation, and after some confusion, the correct items were delivered within 20 minutes. However, when I went to serve the food, it was all cold, indicating that they had not prepared a new order but simply returned with the old one. When I called to express my disappointment, I was met with rudeness and a refusal to deliver to me again. This experience has left me feeling disgusted and nauseous. Despite being a regular customer, I will never order from them again due to their lack of care and disrespect.

Flaming house has always delivered my food on time with great potion sizes. Delivery took an hour and 40 minutes. Three phone calls later and no apology and refused to give a refund. Pizza arrived burnt and tastes awful. Delivery driver and staff rude when speaking to you. Such poor customer service. Will never use them again. How hard is it really to get an order of a pizza and one piece of chicken right!!!

We fancied a kebab so I thought Id try a new one. I ordered a chicken Tikka on Naan. They did curries so didnt think they could get this wrong and ordered my OH a chicken tilka and lamb. BIG mistake. It arrived cold the chicken tikka was like taken from a tesco value packet chciken tikka and cut sliced very thin exactly the same) i dont think they even heated it lime fridge, naan deliver was chilly and stuck together. No real flavour and red to the edges. The chips were cold and the lamb on his was donar lamb. Dont bother we was on the toilet for 2 days after this and in bad pain! Stick to what you know or cook yourself because these dont know anything about food!
