Creams Cafe - Dacorum

Every time I walk past it is mainly empty and when I went there I found out why. It is so expensive for what you get! A plain pancake is £5 before you start with toppings. We all know how much batter costs so, if they reduce their extortionate profit margin, then they would get more patrons. One small blob of ice cream £3. The food is nice but just not worth the cost. This place could be buzzing with kids if they just took £1 off all their puddings.

I came with a couple of friends, and we chose an ice cream sundae to share, as they're quite expensive. The service was fast, especially for table service, and the ice cream was delicious!

It says wait to be shown to a table, however 2 members of staff chatting, 1 on her phone. We made ourselves known to be handed a menu and told sit where you like, when you’ve decided order at the till. Just an ordinary ice cream sundae yet charging £8.00 daylight robbery. The fudge on the sundae was STALE rock hard and uneditable, mentioned to staff not interested. The toilets obviously not regularly cleaned or checked. Be a good idea if Environmental Health paid a visit.

Went to creams with my family for lunch and I was amazed by how nice, tasty and cheap the food was. Will definitely be returning here again!

The ice cream is reasonable, not special and then you hand over £5 for a takeaway cone, which seems really excessive and far more than anywhere else in Hemel.
