I really hope this reaches Dan or Daniels manager, I spilt my coffee all over myself and he was the most attentive worker Iv ever come across in Costa across the country. He came and changed my chair offered help and also offered a replacement for the one I had spilt. It made my quite embarrassing experience a not so embarrassing one and he made my day. Great coffee, excellent staff very friendly and great service
Pretty typical costa, you will never get a great coffee and the personal appears always worked over, but if they need that caffeine hit there is much worse to higher trips
I recently tried a flat white at this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. It tasted more like detergent than coffee. When I returned it to the server, I received a blank response with no apology or offer for a replacement. In a competitive high street location, you would expect better coffee and staff training. I will not be going back to this Costa again.

I waited in line, but was ignored by a girl who was chatting with another staff member. When a guy came in, she immediately served him instead of me. When I tried to get her attention by saying "excuse me," she rudely replied, "I didn't see you." This was despite the fact that I had been waiting in line in front of her the entire time. She then gave me attitude, slamming down my cake and crumpling up the receipt. The staff looked miserable and lacked courtesy and politeness. It was a disappointing experience, especially since I don't get out often due to my medical condition.
