Wine cellar decor theme, accented with antiques from Russia, creates a an intimate dining environment. Service was excellent. I do not process to be an expert in Russian cuisine, but can say that the Borsch soup and the meat pancakes (or crepes, if you will) were very tasty and original.

Amazing experience! The Russian food is very authentic. Definitely the best Russian food in Taipei. You can get very special and rare wine from Crimea there.
