Perfect place for gathering and dinning Price of course higher than regular but service food and environment are supreme. Owner Master Chef Lin is not just good at cuisine but also make sure all customers are taking care of properly

For 6000NT per head, definitely not worth it. Very confused on how the chef prepares his menu. Only had 2 nigiri out of over 10 dishes. 3 dishes were extremely disappointing: 1. The snail was very bitter. 2. Roast goose: having this dish made me feel I was in a canto restaurant. 3. Pig liver sausage: Are we at a Taiwanese night market? Seems as though the chef is full of himself. Chef was super annoying. Throughout the entire night, he expressed how delicious each dish was, although, mediocre, at best. Final thoughts: if you want authentic Japanese cuisine, please skip. If you like dishes with night market feel, or canto restaurant fee, and have 6000NTD to blow, you will like this place.

Horrible horrible dining experience, and the price is exorbitant for Taiwan. You can get much better Japanese food in Taipei for a fraction of the cost. Did anyone notice there are a ton of LOCAL GUIDES writing 5-star reviews for this restaurant I believe they are paid or fake, because objectively speaking I rather eat instant noodles than go back to this place. And the owner chef is more narcissistic than even some modern day US presidents, keeps going on and one about himself and his food.

Tasty food with fresh ingredients. However, the 3 of us waited very long in between each course. The entire meal took more than 3 hours!! One of my friends had to leave early to his other appointment... Also saw 4 roaches while were eating, which makes me doubt their cleaniness. And one was very close to my plate! We were tucked away in the 2nd room, which is not the main dining room. It would have been fine, but because the main dining room was occupied by a big party, we felt very neglected. I wish that the restuarant did not take our reservation and served only that 1 party who booked the main room. Also, the big party outside became extremely rowdy, which I understand might be out of the restaurant's control. Except that the toilet smelled like vomit when I went at the end of our meal, and no one came to apologize or said anything. All of the above, seemed unacceptable for a meal that cost $200 USD $6000 NT) each. Overall not a pleasant experience.
