I enjoyed the taro men. The udon noodles, which are a feature of taro men, are similar in thickness and glossiness to chanpon noodles. The soup was on the lighter side, but it had a rich flavor rather than being salty. The ingredients included cabbage, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, onions, pork, and shrimp (white shrimp?).
