The front desk told us to go upstairs, we did but no one on the second floor served us, still less aksing whether we needed to order anything or not... So we went to one of the staff and asked for a menu and then finally we successfully ordered. Thanks God the flavour was satisfactory. It took a long while though prior to receiving the drinks. so be prepared to wait . However, given the amount of customers, it was understandable plus the taste made it worthwhile. Atmosphere: bit hectic at first. Yet, once we got seated, it was nice and cozy. The interior design is very pretty and antique-like, which matches the staff members' costumes. Service: staff members were very friendly. Even though not fluently, they could speak and understand basic ,multiple languages i.e. Korean, Thai etc. They were polite and well groomed as well. Menu is all in Vietnamese; however, it is easy enough to use your phone to translate them. I highly recommend the mungbean coconut frappe.
