Also loved the pork and rice patty's, very nice. All in all a great meal. There's a complimentary dessert too. I ordered a tilapia spinach soup and they ran out of tilapia and instead replaced it with 5 small shrimps so I was not too pleased by that but I also ordered a scrambled egg dish and it was super savory and tasty! The ambiance was okay, pretty similar to other local Vietnamese restaurants. The staff were super kind and they even made adjustments to my order without any fuss. The restaurant is filled with the smell of bamboo shoot which is not very pleasant for those that’s not used to it. However, overall cleanliness looks good as I can see through the window into the kitchen. Food portion was very small and they arrived warm instead of hot like they just come out of the stove. It’s odd as the kitchen seems very busy cooking. We ordered fish sauce pork belly, fried morning glory, pork rib soup, and snail with green banana curry. The soup costed as much as the pork belly and it only has 5 small ribs in there and it was rather bland. It was all a bit under-seasoned to our liking and pricy for what we’ve got.
