There is definitely room for improvement especially for the rice I feel is not fragrant enough. The chicken is not tender, but also not too dry. The point is the whole dish combines really well, the rice, the chicken the accompanying vegetables (leaf, onion and some). I'm pretty sure I can try it better elsewhere, but that's good enough. The dish comes with soup (I don't like it at all) and cucumbers.
