Although not necessarily a health-oriented establishment, this restaurant offers a nice selection for those who know what to expect. There are plenty of mock meat and other vegan "meat" options available. I purchased the vegan pho soup base, which I believe would make a great souvenir for any vegan friends.

If you're looking for a health food store similar to those in Australia, the USA, or Great Britain (such as Holland & Barrett, Whole Foods, Macro, or Fresh Wild), this small shop may not meet your expectations. It is mostly filled with mock meat products, many of which are processed. While I personally enjoy veggie sausages, I was hoping for more variety such as fresh produce, tofu, or Vietnamese vegan desserts. Additionally, some products contained MSG. On the positive side, the staff is very friendly.

Au Lac is not a health store, but a producer of vegan products including mock meat, fish, seafood, sauces, dairy-free milk, and other staples for vegans. Not really a health business, but if you know what it expects, it is really nice to look around. a lot of mock meat and other vegan meat. I bought the vegan Pho soup basic. I think his big souvenir for vegan friends.
