In the past, I often waited over 45 minutes, but this time, even during a busy rush, my order was ready in under 20 minutes. Everything was perfectly cooked, and nothing was left out. Very impressive! As I enjoyed my meal, I observed the staff working seamlessly together like a well-trained team. It’s clear that positive changes have taken place, and I’m pleased to say that I’ll be returning more often based on this recent experience. Great job! (Photos attached)

The previous manager, Mario, was not great; my food was often overcooked, and the staff seemed disorganized. Last night, we sat for over an hour, but we enjoyed the music and watching her handle the stress with a smile. I’m not sure who the owners or the general manager are, but I want to express my gratitude for her positivity and dedication to excellent customer service. Please let her know that she was genuinely appreciated last night!
