I don’t understand the point of the order-ahead option on the app when you still end up waiting around 30 minutes for your food. While I was waiting, some kids came in, ordered at the counter, and got their food before me. It seems the only way to get your order quickly is if you’re familiar with the staff.

The drive-thru would have been qui... read more My experience with the curbside service was awful. I waited in my car for 23 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. The drive-thru would have been quicker, but I had lost my voice and couldn’t order that way. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing. On top of that, I didn’t get any ketchup, and I’m certain my food isn’t hot anymore.

Unfortunately, today... read more This Whataburger location can be hit or miss. Some days, service is fast and the food is just right, but other times, orders are incorrect. Unfortunately, today was one of those off days. My burger wasn’t prepared as I asked, and my wife’s toast with her chicken strip meal was burnt on one side and barely toasted on the other. To add to that, my daughter’s meal was missing the cookie and fruit snacks it was supposed to include. On a positive note, the staff are always friendly when taking orders. While the receipt was accurate, the food certainly was not.

I spent $56, but only about $10 worth of my order was accurate. Plus, we didn't receive any of the extra large fries that we paid for."

Just a few days ago, I had the same breakfast bowl at another location just a couple of miles away, and it was overflowing with food. What a letdown! I also tried the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, but it came with only a tiny spoonful of gravy.
