Whataburger - Cypress

I?m down grading this location from 5 star. It?s becoming a 7 out of 10 that the food is sloppy, or ingredients look unappetizing. You need to get trained at this location : 2627 Fm 1960 Rd E Houston, TX 77073 This place in Houston I visit atrandom times in the year due to work and ALWAYS!! The food is CONSISTENT, APPETIZING, the lettuce is AWESOME! . What is going onat the cypress location?

I am not part of the Whataburger fan club like some of my friends are but every single time I eat there (maybe 5 or 6 times a year) the food is great! Their Dr.Pepper shake is sooo good, their Patty Melt is delicious and the BBQ chicken strip sandwhichwith added mayo is my favorite.

I typically don't write reviews for fast food places since I expect little to no service, but this experience was exceptional. I don't often eat at Whataburger because the portions are huge, but I can’t resist bleu cheese. The bacon bleu cheese burger was absolutely delicious, and the service was fantastic. They got my order right, and the burger looked almost exactly like what I saw in the commercials—I've never seen one look that good! I'm planning to get one more before they’re gone, but I'm trying to rationalize the calories.

I had an incredible experience with the customer service! Although my order was mixed up and I had to wait a bit, I could tell it wasn't for a lack of effort from the staff. They were swamped and short-handed, which isn't their fault. The young men and women there were really hustling! The young man at the window was especially kind and did his best to make things right. It's the outstanding customer service that keeps me coming back, and the food is always fantastic too.

Shahin is the best server in the entire place; she's incredibly funny and personable. I've never had such a fantastic experience at any Whataburger. She is truly the best thing that has happened to this restaurant!
