What dohui k doesn't like about Pho Alley:
Food was decent but they are charging for every little thing. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and ordered 7 dishes. We asked for extra soup for noodle but they charged us $2.50. We also paid extra $4 for the noodle, which is understandable but not the soup. They also charged 18% tip on our bill. I don't think I will go back. View all feedback.

A really cute spot for a date night. Pho and spring rolls were great, Thai tea was mediocre. Would recommend overall, friendly staff.

My visit to Pho Alley was marred by a series of disappointments. Initially, we were greeted with a wet seating area. Despite asking for it to be cleaned, it remained uncomfortably damp. The confusion didn't end there. Our orders seemed to be forgotten, necessitating a second request. It was disheartening to see others, who arrived after us, being served first. Service was slow, and even basic needs like water required multiple reminders.Regarding the pho, I expected a lot more, especially considering the price. Sadly, it lacked the authentic, rich flavors that define great pho.In conclusion, while the service was just about average, it couldn't salvage the overall experience marked by disorganization and a lackluster meal. Pho Alley didn't meet the expectations its reputation and prices suggest. Regrettably, I cannot recommend it and am unlikely to return.
The garlic noodles with rib eye are bomb. My friend had the bone marrow fried rices and he said it was overcooked but I really liked the food I had. I was so full. Lobster spring rolls are also really delicious.
