What scottgb2 doesn't like about Don Senor:
Food is decent, drinks taste good but just a few things to offer advice on: you have to pass through 2 doors to enter and the first one always slams closed when you open the second one and scares me (PTSD), my phone will not work inside the restaurant and there is no wifi (no way to Google anything once inside), the lights at the tables can be very bright as they are the wrong type of bulb (light sensitivity). Oh and... View all feedback.
Huge plate I ordered. Contains 5 articles plus rice and roasted beans. It didn't matter for the red sauce! Like Chief Boy Ardy? Ravioli sauce from a can! Like another Mexican restaurant in a different state I had in the past! Very fill out! I got three meals! My two friends ordered Burritos who were HUGE! You have to go plates too! All right, very good! Great Mexican environment! Apparently all Mexican restaurants have problems with the toilets! Switches at strange places without actual light switches, hitting up, falling base plates, unclean toilet floors as well as the hall leading to them! The rest of the building was good! Great service! Loved our server! Very attentive, fast looking for articles, only on the ball with everything! Very knowledgeable on objects and if she wasn't sure, she would immediately find out! She was a young, funny, to the earthly girl with a terrible attitude! She really loved her job!!
A great place, chicken pork, beef and seafood with authentic southern flavors, large tables and comfortable atmosphere, drinks are high, but tasty, $17.90 for 2 strawberry margaritas but 2 people dined for $50 so it is a good place. Healthy portions .
One visit here... Friendly host to sit us...took forever for waiter to come and greet and take drink order... Drinks were good and guac is average... Order the house hot salsa as the reg salsa is a very very plain one... Large portions of a decent tasting Mexican food... Might come here again and might not, if your close and starving come on in and give them a shot
Really enjoyed my meal as did the 2 other people I was with.
