What User doesn't like about Don Carlos:
The food tastes good, the price was OK, not too expensive, worth it for the food. One thing could be better is the attendance, because there was only one waiter and the desert took too long to come. View all feedback.

Great restaurant and perfect for dinner! You can give them great gluten-free options! we were there at 10 o'clock (fast late for Peruvian restaurants.) I recommend the menu of the day where you can choose from a list of different starters, main courses and desserts! there was even a small glass maracuja sour on the house for appetitmacher! best quinoa suppe I had in peru!
Very good: eating there really liked after the suppe we were too full to have a head, but we tried arroz con leche, which was also really very good. in addition, we enjoyed the friendly staff.
Just super! the Peruvian court I experienced, “Aji Galinz”, was wonderful! add professional friendly service, combined with exceptional presentation. this original restaurant is a “must do” when in cusco! cheers
In Cusco for the first night and decided to try Don Carlos Resturant. We decided to try Cuy (Guinea Pig) for the first time. The presentation of the Cuy was excellent and the Cuy itself had a good flavor. The ceviche was delicious. The rest of the food was on par with menu prices. Overall, happy we stopped for dinner.
