Starbucks - Cuyahoga Falls

I always love coming to this restaurant. The staff always goes out of their way to accommodate my daughter's drink preferences and mine as well, with smiles and tender loving care. The food is top-notch and I would rate it 5 out of 5.

I ordered a holiday drink and it took 20 minutes to receive my coffee. The store was very busy, but I have never waited so long for a simple coffee. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. I also believe I may have been charged too much for my drink. It is possible that it was just the tax, but the advertised price seemed much lower than what I ended up paying.

I don't visit Starbucks often, but every time I decide to go to this location, I always receive excellent service. Today, Ms. Julia provided me with outstanding service and was incredibly polite, even offering some recommendations. Starting my morning off right with their service. Thank you for being wonderful!

I ordered a Vente sugar cookie but was disappointed to find that it did not have the classic sugar-cookie flavor I was expecting.

The drive-thru is designed oddly, making it difficult for larger vehicles to reach the service window. However, the staff is fantastic and my orders are always correct. Plus, my dog absolutely loves the pupcups!
