Staff is always incredible. Most of the times I stop by it is very busy and the staff is still willing to help if something is wrong/unavailable for an order. Only downside of this location is the parking lot/drive through set up. View all feedback.

This location has gone downhill with their customer service. I've had to leave the drive thru line without anything because it was taking way too long. The employees don't greet you right away and you sit there for minutes at a time wondering if they will take your order or if you should just leave. This has been happening a lot in the afternoon. Every time I go into Dunkin' donuts I always get greeted pleasantly and great service quick and efficient I will give these guys a perfect 10 plus
They KNOW me here!! They get my order right, even if I order it wrong! Best staff, best coffee.
I did not care for this Dunkin at this location. I got bad service with attitude and the drink wasn?t made the way it is at the location on state road even though I ordered it the same as always. Maybe it was just a bad day for these guy?s idk! I?ll staywith the location on state road they don?t have attitudes
Unwelcoming environment, staff took orders, confirmed, and still prepared it wrong. Coffee was speedy but the food took ages to receive, and they never called out the order number so we had to guess which one was ours. Overall, unsatisfied.
I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich but mistakenly said baccon. I corrected it right away and the drive thru worker got an attitude and still gave me the wrong order. They charged me for the sausage egg and cheese sandwich but didn't bother to putthe correct one in the bag.
