They should work on improving th... read more I recently had a nice time at Blast restaurant, but I must point out that the volume of the place is too loud for conversation. They should work on improving the ambiance and etiquette. Additionally, I want to address a concern regarding the parking situation. While the parking area may be part of the building, the restaurant does not take responsibility for it. I parked my vehicle there and it was gone when I returned, with no CCTV surveillance to assist in locating it. The watchman and the person claiming to be the owner's brother were unhelpful and asked inappropriate questions. Although I eventually recovered my vehicle thanks to a deliveryman, the behavior of the staff needs improvement.

I went to this restaurant with my friends and ordered the paneer tikka and chicken home style curry. However, I was thor... read more We visited blast after hearing a lot about it from friends and family. The moment we entered, the ambience struck me as unique and pleasant. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with the service. It was too slow. We had to ask for plates, the soup was served in a bowl with no plates. We had to ask for water and we were just given a mineral water bottle after 10 mins without any glasses. Well that took them another 15 mins to bring to our table. This was during the time when it wasn't even crowded, just a few tables were occupied. We had asked for cold drinks. The very name implies the drinks had to be cold. I unfortunately got a bottle which was far from cold. When I asked for a cold one, the server looked confused as if I had asked for something unusual and what he had given me was perfect! Anyway, the food was good. The soup was great and the garlic chicken was good too. The BBQ death wings was average cuz I found it too sweet for my palate and the noodles were fine too. I loved the way the entire place was designed and it really is a good hang out place if you can ignore the service.
