Il menù, interamente vegano ma so che propongono anche menù vegetariani, cambia sempre ed è autoprodotto, a partire dalla materia prima. Personalmente ho sempre apprezzato tutti piatti, anche se non sempre incontravano i miei gusti ma sono preferenze. Consiglio il menù degustazione in modo da assaggiare tutto nelle giuste quantità in modo da andare via soddisfatti e non appesantiti. Questa volta abbiamo assaggiato il liquore alle erbe fatto da loro e, da amante dei liquori secchi e forti, ho molto gradito. There aren't many places like this in puglia, even less in Salento. The menu, totally vegan but as far as I know they offer vegetarian menus too, is ever changing and it's homegrown and hand made from scratch. I personally always appreciated every dishes, even if they don't always meet my taste but it's about preferences. I suggest to take the tasting menu in order to have a taste of every dish in the right quantity so you can go away satisfied but not heavy. This time we had they're handmade herb liquor and, as a dry and strong liquor lover, I really liked it.
