Taco Bell - Cutler Bay

Horrible customer service is what I want to start off with now I have worked in the fast food department and I know what it is like and the thing is I never in my life ever served someone food as nasty as this, I was always nice and polite and gave themtheir food nice, fresh and hot. But this I cannot understand it's disgusting my husband said that his Chipotle melt was cold, myCheesy Gordita Crunch had no sour cream and was cold as well. This isn't acceptable at all and as im seeing the comments I seethat they're doing stuff like this a lot and not getting held accountable which is crazy

Disappointed. Came in on 8/31/2022, was immediately asked to use kiosk. Placed my order and while waiting, I went to get sauces and utensils. Disgusted by the up keep here. The sauce stand was a mess. The soda counter was dirty with soda splashes. I get mymeal and look for a table. Not one table was clean. I had to clean my table. I go to the restroom to wash my hands. Bothrestrooms out of order. Yeah, okay. I go to get utensils and they only had knives. The lady behind the counter is watching me.Now I ask for a spoon. She says right there. I said I looked, no spoon or fork or spork. Just knives. She says then no . Shedid not even look anywhere behind the counter. I then took the opportunity to report the dirty tables and how bad the lobbyfloor is. The woman just gave me a dead stare then rattled off orders for the lobby to be cleaned. This is the last time I cometo this location. Done.

No more toasted chalupa? Ok so why is it still advertised? Also, they allow homeless man to stand by drive thru soliciting and asking customers for money?

Taco ingredients were fresh but amount put into each Taco was very skimpy. Hardly any meat at all

I ordered through the app and apparently they made my food extremely quickly, which is great, but they gave it away to somebody else before I got there. They said that they called out my name when they finished preparing the order, and they gave it tosomeone who just happened to be nearby who said yeah that 's me. And I don 't know if they are not supposed to ask for an ordernumber, or if any verification is done, or they just give food away to whoever is willing to lie and accept free food. Eitherway, they remade my order, but didn 't bother to even look in their computer; I had to basically re-order all over again. And myquesadilla was kind of burnt. Not the best experience but it was ok.
