Sunday afternoon just before 2 o'clock business was decent busy, but orders were taken quickly and efficiently so the small line moved quickly. Coffee came out quite quickly and were made right. The store was a stupid mess, but nothing crazy. View all feedback.
Great coffee. I love the drinks here. Ask Jesse if you come here. He's the petty white male who usually works nights. He's fast and runs this place like a manger. I will definitely be back
I like this location. They are usually busy, since they are in a mall, but they are very good about keeping the line moving and being polite and staying calm. I have seen staff deal with difficult customers (this coffee is too hot. Make it colder) with a smile on their face. Not to mention the food and drinks are up to Starbuck's standards! My favorite food amd drink is the Cheese and Fruit Protein Box, and a Venti Caramel Latte!
This Starbucks is located in the mall, so it tends to be quite busy. However, the staff works efficiently, ensuring you won’t have to wait too long. I make it a point to order through the app whenever possible, as my food and drinks are usually ready by the time I head upstairs. All the employees are consistently friendly and always greet you with a smile. The manager, Asha, is fantastic as well.
I visit this restaurant frequently now that I've moved back to Cutler Bay after 10 years. The manager is still the same as a decade ago, and they maintain a smooth and clean operation. The staff is consistently friendly and well-treated. I highly recommend this place!
On Sunday afternoon, right before 2 PM, the restaurant was moderately busy, but orders were taken swiftly and efficiently, allowing the small line to move quickly. The coffee was served promptly and was made correctly. While the store was a bit messy, it wasn't anything too overwhelming.
