OMG the food was amazing! The service was exceptional. They had several keto friendly dishes. The atmosphere was nice. We will definitely travel back from Baton Rouge to eat here again.

The hospital was severely damaged... read more I was working down here installing an x-ray room for the hospital since Hurricane Ida caused massive destruction in the area. The hospital was severely damaged beyond repair and the community had no x-ray room for any of their needs. So it was aprivilege to give back to my state and give the wonderful people of Cut Off and surrounding areas a great piece of diagnosticequipment!!! So as most times I'm out of town I ask where's a good place for supper? Cher Amie's was recommended. Growing up insouthwest Louisiana seafood is a staple of your diet. So we can all be quite picky of our seafood. When I arrived to therestaurant I was warmly greeted by the staff and chose a corner table. Quickly I was brought a menu and my drank order wastaken. I looked over the menu which had many great choices and settled on a seafood potato. The waitress took my order and in notime at all she brought my meal. It was not what I expected as it was not a baked potato with toppings but instead a peeledpotato across the plate covered in shrimp, crab meat, crawfish, cheese and a seafood sauce. The sauce was like a bisque whichwas very flavorful. It was a lot of food and I ate it all and was nicely full. Thank you to all the staff as it was a mostpleasant experience. So if your ever in the area make Cher Amie's your stop for supper cause you will not regret it!!!!
