Menu provided quite limited choice, everything in French, and personal speaks just a bit of English... But if you want to try the real French cuisine and enjoy the taste without paying a fortune then this is the mast to visit place. Steak tartare is delicious here, good house wine. A full lunch cost around 12-14 euro. Looks like a popular place among locals.
