We ordered the chicken sandwich, Chicha morada and Caldo de gallina. Wow, it was the best chicken broth I had since I arrived in Cusco, the service was A1. I would highly recommend this tiny but clean and authentic place. Servers are very attentive and friendly. Thank you for a positive experience from beginning to end.
We really enjoyed eating here, it's quaint and quiet (by Peruvian standards) and centrally located. The owners are always working there and are very kind and attentive. We had the chicharron de pollo and chicharrones traditionale. Both were delicious perfectly cooked and seasoned and not too greasy which is a common downfall for chicharron if you're familiar with the dish. Each meal came with papas frittas and a vegetable medley. The papas were minimally bland but nothing a little table salt couldn't spruce up. We also ordered two fresh juices each (4 total) orange and pineapple for me, banana with milk and pineapple for my boyfriend they were all delicious! The dessert menu is where this little cafe really shines! I had an astounding tres leches and a cafe con leche and my boyfriend had their flan and a cappuccino. The coffees were incredible, I've never seen creme like that on cafe con leche before! The desserts were to die for as well, we left full and in a near food coma! We would definitely be back. For two entrees, 4 juices, 2 coffees, 2 desserts, and a bottle of water our bill came to S/ 86 or about $28.50 USD. Not too shabby if you ask me!
My wife and I shared Pollo a la Plancha on Corpus Christi here. We ordered Uno por dos and there was plenty for us. Great local flavor and friendly staff. Reasonable prices for the Central Historic district.

A pesar de que la persona que atendia le había respondido a otra mesa acerca de nuestro plato, indicando que era caldo de pollo.Me siento estafado.
