We were staying at the Inkarri Hostal and this restaurant is a block away. It does not look like much from the outside (the best ones don't), but the food is excellent. For 7 Soles (just over 2 dollars), you get a salad with fresh tomato, cucumbers, beets, broccoli, and cauliflower. Squeeze a little lime juice and your off and running. There were several entrées to choose from like chicken, trout, and even Lomo Saltada - and to top it off, the portions are made to order and all the ingredients are fresh.The husband is the "waiter", and the wife cooks. The sevice is a little slow, but when the food arrives - all is forgotten. Add 3 Soles for an Inca Cola, and life can't get any better.
