Peruvian cuisine is the best in South America anyway, but this restaurant was definitely my favorite. I ate a three-course seafood composition of ceviche, seafood rice and breaded seafood. Everything was very tender and tasted great. The owner and chef greeted us very warmly. This restaurant is also away from the tourist crowds in the city center and is an authentic local restaurant.
