They didn't have it on their menu when I visited the restaurant, so I asked our... read more Some friends recommended Incanto and told us we had to order the Alpaca Risotto. They didn't have it on their menu when I visited the restaurant, so I asked our amazing waiter Marco about it and he said he would do it for us anyway. It was perhaps the best meal I ever had! I can't recommend this place enough. They also make delicious Pisco Sauer and make it for you at your table.
