Even though we were the only diners, we felt ign... read more We went here for dinner last week on a Saturday night. It was not busy at all. In fact we were the only diners. Even though we were the only diners, we felt ignored by 3 people working there. They were kinda busy doing something else. We ordered a salad for appetizer and 2 main. We got our 2 mains - aji de gallina and lomo saltado. The lomo saltado was not that tender and a bit gamey for some reason. We also found hair in the rice! We were finished with the mains and our appy salad has not arrived yet. We asked for it and the server gestured that he forgot (take note, there were no other customers at the time he took our order). So, our appetizer became our dessert! And seriously it tasted like a dessert as the dressing was an unusually sweet balsamic of some kind! At this time there were only 2 tables occupied - one was ours, yet still you have to really flag the servers to be able to get noticed.

O atendi... read more Estive no restaurante com minha família para um almoço no dia 23 de março de 2017. Além do restaurante o espaço é utilizado por uma agencia de turismo. O atendimento foi lento. Apesar da boa apresentação, todos os pratos pedidos demonstravam falta de apuro e cuidado no preparo, com sabor aquém do desejado. O destaque foi para o cuy, anunciado no cardápio como crocante; sua aparência e sabor denotavam que foi requentado, sem nenhuma crocância. Esta foi minha mais pobre experiência gastronômica em Cusco.
