Locale freddo sia nella temperatura che nel servizio, tempi di attesa infiniti e piatti veramente scadenti e mediocri. Alpaca duro quasi immangiabile, polpo alla brace non ne parliamo,servito freddo e praticamente non si riusciva a masticare, costolette buonine ma con contorno non all'altezza. Da evitare. Todo muy bueno, excelente atención, muy buen servicio. bonito ambiente, hermoso lugar.
Es uno de los restaurantes más famosos de la ciudad de Cuzco. está gobernada por el famoso chef acurio Gastron, uno de los chefs peruanos más renombrados. comer en este establecimiento es difícil, ya que siempre está lleno. por lo que se recomienda reservar la mesa a tiempo para disfrutar de la nueva cocina peruana. en el menú, platos tradicionales peruanos, pero también platos de fusión. Recomendó la cerviche, las berenjenas llenas. y postre, las trufas llenas.

Wonderful evening. One of the very best on the continent so far. Service was flawless expect for the receptionist who didn’t even look at us when we got there. The place was packed and food was great and full of flavor. Waiters were very attentive, especially ours, Percy. Make sure to make a reservation in advance. Paid 330 soles for a starter, two mains and, a dessert, three drinks and a beer.
