However, the noodles are not authentic... read more Cozy and minimal Japanese style atmosphere with simple menu of five or six types of udon. Chef is friendly and efficient. However, the noodles are not authentic udon - they are more like Korean kalgooksu or knife-cut noodles which are starchier and thinner than udon (should be thick and chewy). Meat was too small and there were no other vegetables or fishcakes as there would be in traditional udon (not even any scallions).

Si bien la carta es limitada, es mucho más prudente como viajero restringirte a esas opciones en las noches de Cusco... en donde digerir siempre es un reto para algunos de nosotros. 100% recomendado.
