We actually we here twice, which says everything. A group of 7 of us turned up one night and they managed to make space for us. Great staff and great food. Lovely atmosphere. I wrote down the name of the waiter who served us. He...was special BUT I feel ashamed to say that I have lost it. View all feedback.
What Rita Verdi doesn't like about Baco Restaurante:
View all feedback.
A comfortable place near the historic quarter, this younger brother of the famous cicciolina is nevertheless a great place for a nice break from the standard Peruvian tariff. the classics are there, but so are some great BBQ elements that should not be missed. I. above all liked the fleshy ripenings that were listed on the acti-cables - note: don't share them! Keep them all for yourself! you will thank me later.
I'm sorry, boys, don't have the chance to make that picture. we have found this place, just too foot close. this could be due to the lack of oxygen in this height, but by far this is one of the best meal times I had in a long...time that was a local kitchen. we had vegetarian lasagne, avocado salat, pizza with wild mushrooms that were beyond this world. people, this is a must place to try local aromen.
My Spanish is simply passable, so I was hesitant to engage in too much conversation while in Cusco. Javier behind the bar is really a lot fo fun to talk to and his English is also perfect, if you may not be super skilled with...Spanish, like me. I had heard/read about Baco and their amazing Alpaca steaks; I was not disappointed. Not only is the staff delightful, the food is very, very good! Baco's wine selections are fantastic and they have an interesting menu. Overall, it is well worth a visit and a beautiful walk from wherever you may be staying in Cusco.
