365 Restaurante - Cusco

Estávamos hospedados no Novo Hotel e tivemos a felicidade de experimentar seu restaurante: uma maravilhosa decisão.

This is the restaurant in Novotel, also publicly accessible and not only for guests. The menu is very extensive for a hotel restaurant, taking into account the immense amount of competing restaurants in downtown Cusco, for all tastes and bags! Therefore it is noticeable how expensive the food is, really repulsive: almost 60 soles for a Lomo saltado is much too much! Nevertheless, the cook deserves all the compliments made for the combinations and the high quality of food! By food, it could be in every metropolis and it would be celebrated for it.

After a long day of travel we decided to eat at our hotel. The atrium is a beautiful area and we dined in candlelight. We wanted light tariffs and soup ordered. I had Sopa de Pollo. The bowl of the chicken soup was quite generous. There were large pieces of chicken, carrots, zucchini and angel hair pasta. It was nicely spiced and served pipping hot. My husband has Chupe de Quinoa. This soup was also chicken with vegetables, quinoa and a fried egg. Edith, our server, was very attentive and professional.

Digamos que eu não seja muito fã de comer em restaurantes de hotel, mas estávamos batendo pernas no centro histórico de Cusco quando a fome chegou e por acaso nos chamou a atenção o 365 Restaurante. Como o acesso do restaurante é direto para a rua, somente após entrar é que percebi que o mesmo pertencia ao Novotel, o qual está situado em um belo e antigo casarão. As mesas do restaurante ficam no charmoso pátio interno com teto de vidro. Foi uma grata surpresa - a comida é muito saborosa e o serviço da equipe é excepcional. Só para exemplificar, quando o sol bateu um pouco mais forte, imediatamente o garçom trouxe o guarda-sol próprio para proteger os clientes do sol. Parabéns a equipe! Super recomendo!
