Trattoria Milanese Fuori Milano Caffè Della Posteria

In the central area of Cusago and well served by parking, I frequented this classic trattoria on my lunch break. I have to say that I had a very good time. Classic environment, hospitality, courtesy and availability. Choice of dishes in the most classic Milanese tradition, complete with tripe and, when available, cassuela. I tried their mondeghili, accompanied instead of green sauce by a taste of Russian salad. Fresh Mondeghili, perhaps slightly oversized, but good and not dry, I would have preferred them with less breading and a little more cooked, but these are personal tastes, linked to personal traditions. Russian salad made strictly by hand, I found the inclusion of the beans nice. The braised agnolotti with sauce are excellent and plentiful. The cured meats looked beautiful, but unfortunately I didn't have much time to dedicate to them too. I also particularly appreciated the bread, cut into slices, crunchy crust and soft internal crumb. Clean and dignified services. If it happens to me I will definitely come back. Amex not accepted. Posizione strategica sicuramente lì da sempre ma questi figli se la tirano un po' troppo in fondo sono solo a Cusago E in fondo è solo una trattoria mi sembra che hanno un 5 stelle in mano se la tirano troppo anche la barista che prenderà €1000 al mese se la tira troppo ti guarda con sufficienza sempre Anzi le bariste Ma chissà chi si credono di essere
