During our trip through Pennsylvania on our way back to New York, we discovered this wonderful hidden gem. The food is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the app won't let me give them a 5-star review since they aren't 100% vegan, but they do offer a great selection. I was incredibly happy to discover a place that offers vegan options! The food was amazing, with choices like a vegan "Chill’n" sandwich, a burger, fries, a vegan shake, and a vegan ice tornado topped with Oreo cookies. It’s definitely worth visiting here. My family has been coming to the Blue Kow for many years during the summer. Always a friendly atmosphere and the food and ice cream are great.
