Unfortunately, the restaurant is only open during certain seasons. However, the ice cream is amazing and the atmosphere is fantastic. I wish I had taken photos, but I was too caught up enjoying my vanilla chocolate swirl waffle cone and watching my son devour his chocolate dipped, vanilla chocolate swirl ice cream cone. The outdoor seating was ideal, providing shade so our treats didn't melt in the sun.
Meh, it 's ok. I ordered two small cones with sprinkles for my kids and a large for myself. I thought they mixed them up because the small cones with sprinkles were bigger than the large. When I asked if that was correct the girl answered that does look small but I didn 't make it. If someone messed up they should have offered to make me a correct cone.
Bought a regular sized sundae for $4 and it came in a kiddie cup! My order was a hot Carmel sundae add pineapple...I got a pineapple sundae with barely any Carmel. Will NEVER go back there at those prices. Mello creme IS THE place to go. I paid $3.75 for a regular sundae and it was served in a 20oz. cup. #LessonLearned.
The homemade onion rings at this restaurant are delicious. I have enjoyed everything I have tried so far.
This was the cutest old Ice Cream shop. Made me feel like I had stepped back in time to the 50's. We were traveling cross country but will in the future choose a path that takes us by here again. We had grilled chicken with fries.
