What User doesn't like about Restaurant Capra Neagra:
The food is terrible. I was in an organized group. We had a menu, chicken soup and natural potatoes with chicken leg. by chicken soup they mean water with delicacy and traces of chicken, and of course the potatoes have turned into a pure potato torch.
