Good range of foods in quite a nice restaurant for a motorway services.

Really disappointed with what happened to a co- worker at this establishment yesterday evening. After asking for advice on gluten free products we were told what was ordered was Gluten Free. Within twenty minutes of leaving she was showing signs of becoming very ill. Absolutely unacceptable. We are not a large outfit. In light of this we will never use this establishment again. If I could I’d give Arlo’s a maximum of zero. Sort yourselves out. Our co worker will be suffering the consequences for days to come

Ordered Chargrilled chicken salad and jacket poatato...Nice and hot.

Food was okay. Not cooked brilliantly but okay (bacon was a little light, sausage wasnt Crispy and egg still had see through goo from not being heated in top long enough). Also says it sells bloomers bread but in fact is just a normal sliced loaf and upon complaint the lady couldn't care less. Wouldn't visit again.

We just called in for quick meal same as any other service area
