We were on our way home from the days of exploring the UP and happened on this gem for breakfast. It was by far the best breakfast of the whole trip! Steak and egg especially for $9.99 was excellent as the Splinter Omelet. Way, much too much food, but everything was well prepared and delicious. Great coffee in a huge cup. Good breakfast Food and reaction service. Highly recommend along your route while traveling north or south. Very cool decor!

This place is delicious! Every time I get to Alpena, we have to stay here. Breakfast is the best time to come! I definitely recommend the cookies and Gravy. Everyone is so nice and thoughtful! Definitely recommend coming here!!
Stop here!!!!! We were headed up north and this was the only restaurant option but now that we’ve eaten there I would definitely drive out of my way to go back. What an adorable restaurant like out of a magazine. It’s clean, cute, lined around the ceiling with old lunchboxes. The food was delicious, well priced and came quickly. Highly recommend!!!!!
