Charlies burger, disappointed by the service, the employees looked up and down before they asked me for my order. I understand having a bad night, hopefully it wasn't with everyone! I picked up the food and when I drove home (less than 10 minutes) it was through the container, through the bag and on the seats of my car soaked. I understand it's nashville huh, coated in oil, etc, but couldn't they put a little fat proof paper in the box? the chips were stabbed and a part was forgotten, they were as if they were sitting there. I had this a few times and it's decent, but now just disappointed.

Simply I would have got a 4 star if my experience with the manager was treated differently. I ordered the meat plate and from any reason it is all in a container, including the chicken wing, so obviously the soss out of the brisket soaked into each. wings, which were like meat. brisket with buffalo sauce from the wings and pulled pork with bark juice. in any case one of the strangest things I've ever had. After they get a refund from the awesome people in the load that understood the problem and said that I'm sorry that I got a phone from the manager and she started telling me that it's my original for the art as I drove and also say that she can't see how huh had bark taste, even after I explained about juice in the box. as always, in the general statement that there is no food problem and there will be no refund. after several places I liked to tell her I already have a refund from the nice staff man she was annoyed lol
