The buffet is unbelievably cheap (15 reais) and the food is quite tasty. There are options of salads and hot dishes, not too much variety but definitely enough for an amazing meal. Because of that, it is normally crowded but it is worth it anyway, go prepared and enjoy!

Semente de Girassol is an excellent choice in Curitiba's city centre. You get well made food buffet for a low price. #Veganuary
I went there with low expectations, as the price is so low as well and came out pleasantly surprised. The food tastes great, their ice cream is perfect and it's the first place I found vegan dog food for sale. I hope to visit many more times
