When we brought it to the lady's attention, she acted like it was no big deal and didn’t even apologize. She simply took it back and brought us another one, claiming it was just hair from a man's hand. To her, this seemed completely normal.

This sluggish service detracted from my overall experience, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. While I recognize that mistakes and delays can happen—especially during busy times—I believe it's crucial for a well-known chain like KFC to maintain the quality and accuracy of their food and service. Unfortunately, my visit to KFC in Curepipe fell short in these areas.
